党的十一届三中全会后,我国的粮食学报像雨后春笋般地蓬勃发展起来.1980年郑州粮食学院学报创刊,1983年南京粮食经济学院学报创刊,1985年武汉粮食工业学院学报创刊和吉林粮油食品专科学校学报创刊,1986年中国粮油学报创刊(由中国粮油学会主办).从此我国粮食科学的学术研究迎来了一个明媚的春天.我国学者根据史料考查,对我国大学学报最早创办的刊物提出三种观点:一是1906年苏州东吴大学创办的《东吴月报》,二是1917年上海复旦大学创办的《复旦》,三是1919年北京大学创办的《北京大学月刊》.就我国粮食学报来说,创办于何年及其缘起,也是一个值得研究的问题.1.我国最早的粮食学报现在我们常说的学报,通常是指由高等院校主办的;以发表反映本校教学科研成果为主的综合性或单科性的学术理论刊物,而由学术团体或学会创办的专业刊物以学报命名的,也包括在我们所说的学报范畴之内.粮食学报不言而喻应是由我国粮食院校(或学术团体)主办的,以发表反映粮食院校教学科研成果为主的综合性或单科性的学术理论
