简要介绍了热阻法换热管内污垢生长特性试验台及试验原理,详细讨论了试验方案。试验研究了新管道内污垢首次生长特性和经过不同除污措施后管内污垢再次生长特性,发现新管道内污垢呈线性和指数函数渐进性双阶段首次生长特性,除污后管内污垢呈指数函数渐进性再次生长特性。结果表明,在试验水质下,对于新管道,经过7 d左右管内污垢就可生长到最大厚度;对于除污后管道,经过2 d左右管内污垢即可达到最大厚度。
This paper briefly introduced the test bench for the growth characteristics of fouling in the heat transfer tube and the test principle, and discussed the test scheme in detail. The first growth characteristics of fouling in new pipeline and the characteristics of fouling re-growth in the pipe after different decontamination measures were tested. The fouling in the new pipeline was linear and the exponential function was the first step in dual-phase growth. The fouling in the fouling pipe was exponential function Sexual growth characteristics again. The results showed that under the test water quality, for the new pipeline, the maximum thickness could grow to the maximum thickness after about 7 days in the pipe; for the pipe after decontamination, the maximum thickness could be reached after about 2 days in the pipe.
