目的 初步摸索检测膈神经根传导时间的方法及其在健康人的特点。方法 以表面电极记录 31位健康受试者的 61侧经项磁刺激膈神经根和经颈电刺激膈神经所得的远端运动潜伏期的差。结果 膈神经根传导时间不存在性别及侧别间差异 ,与年龄和身高间不相关。合并不同性别和侧别后健康人的正常值为 (1 .4± 0 .3)ms。结论 膈神经根传导时间是评价与呼吸有关的颈神经根功能的不可缺少的电生理指标。磁刺激膈神经根方法的引入使这一检测易为受试者接受 ,电刺激膈神经使这一检测在操作上更为简便
Objective To explore the method of detecting phrenic nerve root conduction time and its characteristics in healthy people. Methods The surface movement of the phrenic nerve root was recorded on the 61 side of the 31 healthy subjects with the phrenic nerve root and the phrenic nerve was stimulated by cervical electrocautery. Results The phrenic nerve root conduction time does not exist gender and side-to-side differences, and age and height are not related. The normal value of healthy people with different sexes and laterals was (1.4 ± 0.3) ms. Conclusion Phrenic nerve root conduction time is an indispensable electrophysiological index for evaluating respiratory function of cervical nerve root. The introduction of a magnetically stimulated phrenic nerve root method makes this test easy for the subject to accept, and electrical stimulation of the phrenic nerve makes this test much easier
