为了研究海南五层龙(Salacia hainanensis Chun et How)根茎的化学成分,采用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱(HPLC)等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行化合物的结构鉴定。从海南五层龙根茎的甲醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为26,27-dihydroxy-7,24-tirucalladien-3-one(1)、abruslactone A(2)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,3)、21α,30-dihydroxy-D:A-friedooleanan-3-one(4)、15α-hydroxyfriedelan-3-one(5)、木栓酮(friedelin,6)、芒果苷(mangiferin,7)、表儿茶素(epicatechin,8)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,9)。其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物2为五层龙属植物中首次分离得到,化合物3、4、5、8为从该植物中首次分离得到。
In order to study the chemical constituents of the rhizome of Salacia hainanensis Chun et How, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used for separation and purification, according to physicochemical properties and spectra. The data identifies the structure of the compound. Nine compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Rhizoma quinquefolius in Hainan province and identified as 26,27-dihydroxy-7,24-tirucalladien-3-one(1),abruslactone A(2),lupeol. , 3), 21α, 30-dihydroxy-D: A-friedooleanan-3-one (4), 15α-hydroxyfriedelan-3-one (5), friedelin (6), mangiferin (7) , epicatechin (8) and β-sitosterol (9). Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, compound 2 is firstly isolated from a plant of the genus Salacia, and compounds 3, 4, 5, and 8 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
