本文针对两参数Weibull分布提出了一种Bayes定效截尾序贯寿命试验程序(BISP Bayesian Item-censored Sequential Procedure for lifetime test),并付诸应用于滚动轴承考核。该程序既充分利用有关轴承寿命的先验知识又及时利用试验过程中所获得的信息作出统计决策—或接收、或拒收、或继续试验。Monte Carlo模拟及应用实例表明对于相同的寿命水平BISP和现行的经典方法效力很好吻合,但前者较后者所需试验时间大为缩短。
In this paper, a BISP Bayesian Item-censored Sequential Procedure for lifetime test is proposed for two-parameter Weibull distribution and applied to the rolling bearing test. The program takes full advantage of prior knowledge of bearing life and makes timely use of the information gained during the test to make statistical decisions - either to receive, reject, or to continue the trial. The Monte Carlo simulation and application examples show that BISP is in good agreement with the current classical method for the same life span, but the former requires a much shorter test time than the latter.
