为探讨急性肾小球肾炎患儿红细胞C_3b受体免疫粘附功能与红细胞脂质过氧化物的相互关系。本课题通过临床及体外红细胞孵化试验,以观察E—SOD、E—LPO、RBC—C_3—IC、RBC—CIC的变化及RBC—C_3—IC与E—SOD、E—LPO的关系。结果提示:肾炎组E—SOD、RBC—C_3—IC明显低于正常对照组,而E—LPO、RBC—CIC则高于正常对照组;红细胞C_3b受体免疫粘附功能下降可能与红细胞脂质过氧化反应有关。
To investigate the relationship between erythrocyte C_3b receptor immunoadhesion and erythrocyte lipid peroxidation in children with acute glomerulonephritis. In order to observe the changes of E-SOD, E-LPO, RBC-C_3-IC, RBC-CIC and the relationship between RBC-C_3-IC and E-SOD and E-LPO, clinical and in vitro erythrocyte incubation experiments were conducted in this study. The results suggest that E-SOD and RBC-C 3 -IC in nephritic group are significantly lower than those in normal control group, while E-LPO and RBC-CIC are higher than that in normal control group. The decreased erythrocyte C_3b receptor immunoadhesion may be associated with erythrocyte lipid Peroxidation related.
