改革开放至今,OEM企业的发展经历了萌芽阶段、积累阶段、成熟阶段,到现在的白热化阶段。改革开放初期,OEM企业确实给当时的中国经济发展带来了巨大的飞跃,但是随着科技的不断进步,随着跨国企业不断涌入中国,OEM企业的发展遇到了诸多瓶颈。OEM企业面临的瓶颈迫使其进行企业转型和升级,而这其中最有效的便是进行价值网络的构建,通过价值网络的构建能使OEM企业往更加有竞争力的方向发展,同时本文提出了两种构建价值网络的模式,这对其进行价值网络的构建具有参考意义。
Since the reform and opening up, the development of OEM enterprises has experienced the embryonic stage, accumulation stage, mature stage, now the white-hot stage. In the early stage of reform and opening up, the OEM companies did bring a huge leap forward to China’s economic development at that time. However, with the constant progress of science and technology, as multinational enterprises poured into China, the development of OEM enterprises encountered many bottlenecks. The bottleneck that OEM enterprises are facing compels them to transform and upgrade their enterprises. The most effective of these is the construction of value network. The construction of value network can make OEM enterprises develop in a more competitive direction. In the meantime, The construction of a model of value network, which has its reference value for the construction of value network.
