目的调查小学高年级学生回答调查问卷的质量,探讨保障问卷调查质量的措施。方法问卷设有单选题20个,抽49名小学高年级学生再次答卷,予以前后比较,并予以4级评分。结果复测与原测相比,完全一致的比例为70.10%;男、女(t=-1.197,P=0.237),城乡(t=0.302,P=0.764)差异均无统计学意义;各题目,完全一致率高的(>75%)合计7道,一致率明显低的(<65%)合计6道,其余7道题介于65%至75%之间;偏离方向上,相差1级、相差2级、相差≥3级的分别占79.18%、14.33%、6.48%;总评分,评分1级、2级、3级、4级的分别占46.94%、40.82%、8.16%、4.08%;20题全部符合、符合题数≥19、≥18、≥17、≥16、≥15的比例分别为0%、8.16%、14.29%、28.57%、38.78%、48.98%。结论小学高年级的调查问卷,质量较好的略低于50%,有15%的问卷质量很差。
Objective To investigate the quality of answering the questionnaire by senior students in primary school and discuss the measures to ensure the quality of the questionnaire. Conclusions The high school grade questionnaire of primary school is slightly lower than 50% with good quality, and 15% of the questionnaires are of poor quality.
