本文用蒽酮法对紫球藻细胞和培养液中的多糖分布和含量进行了测定。结果表明，藻体细胞中的多糖含量因部位的不同分别占藻体干重的３％～７％，培养液中的多糖随着培养时间增加而增加，因培养时间的不同其含量为６～４５μｇ／ｍｌ不等。
In this paper, the distribution and content of polysaccharides in cells and culture fluids of Pseudococcus sp. were determined by anthrone method. The results showed that the content of polysaccharides in the algal cells accounted for 3% to 7% of the dry weight of the algae as a result of the different parts. The polysaccharides in the culture fluid increased with the increase of culture time, and the content was 6 to 45μg/ml range.
