目的 筛选对机体红细胞免疫功能影响较小的静脉麻醉药 ,观察用药后 β 内啡肽对红细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法 小白鼠 72只随机分为 7组 ,生理盐水 0 0 4ml/g(I组 ,13只 ) ,硫喷妥钠 6 0mg/kg (Ⅱ组 ,10只 ) ,依托咪酯水剂 12mg/kg(Ⅲ组 ,10只 ) ,依托咪酯乳剂 12mg/kg(Ⅳ组 ,9只 ) ,咪唑安定 2 0mg/kg(Ⅴ组 ,12只 ) ,芬太尼 10 0 μg/kg (Ⅵ组 ,10只 ) ,盐酸哌替啶 2 0mg/kg(Ⅶ组 ,10只 )。各组动物均第一日上午 9时和下午 3时 (药量减半 )腹腔注药 ,第二日上午 9时取血测定红细胞免疫功能各项参数 ,取全脑测定鼠脑 β 内啡肽含量。 结果 与I组 (对照组 )相比 ,Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组红细胞C3b受体花环形成率 (RC3bRR)、促肿瘤红细胞花环率 (ETER)、协同肿瘤红细胞花环率(ATER)均明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。Ⅵ组红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RICR)明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,RC3bRR、ETER及ATER明显降低 (P <0 0 1或 0 0 5 ) ,鼠脑 β 内啡肽含量Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组及Ⅶ组明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,Ⅵ组明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。Ⅱ组 β 内啡肽含量与RICR呈正相关 (r =0 6 5 2 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅲ组 β 内啡肽含量与ATER呈负相关 (r =- 0 6 98,P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅶ组 β 内啡肽含量与RC3bRR呈显著的负相关 (r=- 0 781,P <0 0 1)。结?
