本文以上海工程技术大学体育馆建筑附属拱架(名为“三角形布置光滑渐变锥形弦管双拱空间汇交柔性管桁架”)的施工为例,针对其管径粗细不一致,拱架制作难度大;管径曲直交错,拼装焊接困难;材料自重较大,承载安全系数要求高等施工难题,采取了先进的锥形管制作技术与半拱架施工工艺,并对拱架的受力与承载进行了精确的分析,最终核验结果证明了施工工艺的可行性与科学性。
In this paper, taking the construction of the arch bridge of the gymnasium of Shanghai University of Engineering Science and Technology (named as “the triangular arrangement of the tapered tapered chords and the double arch space of the flexible arch truss”) as an example, Difficult to make; the diameter of the pipe is staggered and the assembly welding is difficult; the material has a heavy self-weight and the bearing safety factor requires high construction problems; advanced conical pipe production technology and half-arch construction technology are adopted; Conducted an accurate analysis, the final verification results show that the construction process is feasible and scientific.
