粉煤灰有效值K的定义是在保持混凝土特定要求的条件下,水泥取代量和粉煤灰掺量之比值。通常假定,一种粉煤灰的有效值是一常数。本文介绍的结果是在用三种水泥和三个不同来源的粉煤灰拌制的各种配合比的混凝土上取得的。结果发现,各种粉煤灰在达到同样28天抗压强度时的K值变化范围较宽,它决定于粉煤灰掺量,使用的水泥品种和化学外加剂以及选择的强度等级。除强度外,K值也可用混凝土的其他性能来评定。就本研究所采用的材料而言,发现有关碳化的K值不等于按强度考虑的K值。
The effective K of fly ash is defined as the ratio of the amount of cement replaced and the amount of fly ash while maintaining the specific requirements of the concrete. It is generally assumed that the effective value of a fly ash is a constant. The results presented in this paper were obtained on concrete with various proportions of three types of cement and three different sources of fly ash. The results showed that the K values for various fly ash at a similar 28-day compressive strength varied widely, depending on the fly ash content, the cement species and chemical admixtures used, and the strength level selected. In addition to the strength, K value can also be used to evaluate the other properties of concrete. For the materials used in this study, it was found that the K value for carbonation does not equal the K value for strength.
