一、练习组织,合理安全应有序教师在安排学生进行“自练”时一定要高度重视练习的组织与安排,让学生在一个安全有序的环境下进行自练,有助于提高“自练”的有效性。二、练习评价,及时针对利调控在组织学生“自练”时,首先要让学生明确动作方法学会自评,其次鼓励同伴间进行互评,最后教师要加强巡回评价与指导,抓住学生练习动作中存在的主要问题进行改进。这样才能充分发挥多元评价的作用,及时并有针对地调控“自练”过程,从而提高练习的质量。三、练习内容,关注差异有区别
