目的:基于光谱成像技术快速鉴别真伪龙齿,为其质量控制管理提供新的思路。方法:应用电可控液晶滤光光谱成像装置,测定14种不同市售来源的龙齿,光谱分辨率为2nm,光谱覆盖范围为400-900nm,空间分辨率为4 000×4 000。从成像光谱立方体中提取特征光谱,构建其指纹图谱;采用标准欧氏距离等聚类分析方法解析其指纹图谱。结果:龙齿的光谱成像指纹图谱用于其品种和质量的鉴定,结果与性状、理化及紫外鉴定结果相吻合。结论:光谱成像分析技术可用于龙齿的真伪鉴别,同时为其质量评价提供了一定的参考,且较传统法更为精确、方便、快速、无损。为今后光谱成像技术应用于贵重中药材的鉴别提供了新的方向。
OBJECTIVE: To quickly identify the authentic tooth based on spectral imaging technology and to provide new ideas for its quality control management. Methods: Electronically controlled liquid crystal (LC) filter was used to measure the gear teeth of 14 different commercially available species. The spectral resolution was 2 nm, the spectral coverage was 400-900 nm and the spatial resolution was 4 000 × 4 000. The characteristic spectrum was extracted from the imaging spectral cube and its fingerprint was constructed. The fingerprint of the fingerprint was analyzed by clustering analysis such as standard Euclidean distance. Results: The spectral image fingerprints of dragon teeth were used for the identification of their varieties and qualities. The results were consistent with the results of characterization, physicochemical and UV identification. Conclusion: The technique of spectral image analysis can be used for the authenticity identification of dragon teeth, and provides a reference for its quality evaluation. It is more accurate, convenient, rapid and non-destructive than the traditional method. It provides a new direction for the application of spectral imaging technology in the identification of precious Chinese medicinal materials in the future.
