以菠菜(Spinacia oleracea L.)为试材,研究了不同浓度毒死蜱对菠菜抗氧化酶活性、酸性磷酸酯酶(APase)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率以及农药残留量的影响。高浓度毒死蜱对菠菜SOD活性具有明显的抑制作用,除施药后第1d、14 d有上升外,其他时期均明显低于对照组。药后4 h,喷施高浓度毒死蜱的CAT活性高于对照组,但1d后CAT活性与对照组相当。药后4 h,POD的活性明显受到抑制,且药后第21 d喷药处理菠菜的POD活性均低于对照组,表明毒死蜱对菠菜POD的影响时间较长,且总体上其浓度越高影响越大。喷药处理后,菠菜的MDA含量明显高于对照组,且随着毒死蜱浓度的增大而增大。喷施毒死蜱可明显抑制APase的活力,且总体上毒死蜱的浓度越高抑制效果越明显,而胁迫后期的抑制效果逐渐减小。由农药残留量可以看出,总体上喷施毒死蜱浓度越高,其半衰期就越长。防治菠菜虫害时,在保证效果的前提下应尽量减少毒死蜱用量,以减少对菠菜的伤害,提高其食用安全性。

As can be seen from the pesticide residues, the higher the concentration of chlorpyrifos sprayed, the longer the half-life. Prevention and control of spinach pests, in ensuring the premise of the effect should be to minimize the amount of chlorpyrifos to reduce the damage to spinach to improve their food safety.
