本文分析我院1982～1987年经血培养及胸片证实的20例金葡菌败血症所致的肺部损害。 1 临床资料年龄5月～13岁。临床表现以发热(12/20)、气促(14/20)、发绀(11/20),烦躁(2/20)、皮疹(12/20)、肺部罗音(13/20)、肝肿大(10/20)为主。次为咳嗽,而吐泻、腹胀、昏迷、惊厥、休克、脾大少见。血白细胞总数及分类大多增高。胸片表现:①散在片絮状边缘模糊阴影13例(双肺者10例,单肺者3例),其病程(指患病至首次X线检查发现病变的时间)平均13天。②右上肺单个肺脓肿,类园型,边缘清楚,尤如肿瘤,其病程34天。③多发性薄壁空洞或大疱样改变(有或无液平)2例其病程平均16(1/2)天。④以上①+③混合出现者3例,病程平均26天。①+肺脓肿1例。肺部病变以两侧中下部较密集11例,4例侵及双上肺,肺尖。合并胸膜 This article analyzes our hospital from 1982 to 1987 menstrual blood culture and chest X-ray confirmed 20 cases of Staphylococcus aureus sepsis-induced lung damage. 1 clinical data age of 5 months to 13 years old.
