我国高职院校和跨国公司企业员工培训机构在组织制度、行为方式、能力范围等方面存在着差异,而联合办学是目前我国高职院校的主要办学形式。联合办学首项技术要略就是以特定企业岗位素质要求为背景、以高等职业技术教育层次为平台,在教育实施过程中研究适用的专业课程体系。我国机电产业生产技术标准与多数跨国公司企业生产技术标准存在着差异,这种专业性内质规范的差异如何在课程体系中形成最简洁、最有系统性、最适用的表述,是需要在联合办学的工作基面上攻关解决的难题。本文所关系的校企合作课程设计案例,主要工作任务是研究基于工学结合实践课目工作过程的机电支向技能课程的交互训导模式。
There are differences in the organizational system, the ways of behavior and the scope of their abilities in the training institutions for employees in higher vocational colleges and multinational corporations in China. However, the joint running of schools is the main mode of running higher vocational colleges in our country at present. The first technical summary of joint schooling is to take the quality requirements of a specific enterprise as the background and to take the higher vocational and technical education level as a platform to study the applicable professional curriculum system during the implementation of education. There are differences between the technical standards for the production of electromechanical industry in our country and the technical standards of production for most multinational corporations. How the differences of such professional endogenous norms form the most concise, systematic and applicable statements in the curriculum system is the key to the need of the joint The problem of running schools to tackle the problem of solving basic problems. The main task of this paper is to study the interactive training mode of the mechanical and electrical support skill course based on the work process of the combination of practice and study.
