心律失常是肺切除术后常见的并发症。年龄、肺切除范围、心肺功能是导致术后心律失常的重要危险因素。临床常见的心律失常有窦性心动过速、室上性心动过速、心房颤动、房性或室性期前收缩、心动过缓等。严重的心律失常可能导致猝死,故术前预防、术后出现心律失常的及时发现与正确处理非常重要。本文就近年来有关肺切除术后心律失常的临床研究进展作一简述。 Arrhythmia is a common complication after pneumonectomy. Age, lung resection range, cardiopulmonary function are the important risk factors of postoperative arrhythmia. Common clinical arrhythmia sinus tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, atrial or ventricular premature contraction, bradycardia and so on. Severe arrhythmia may lead to sudden death, so the prevention and treatment of arrhythmias after surgery, timely detection and correct treatment is very important. In this paper, the recent progress of clinical research on arrhythmia after pneumonectomy is briefly reviewed.
