随着高考激烈的竞争,学生的学习压力也越来越大,而班级中潜力最大的就是中等生,对中等生的培优补差很有必要,教师必须优化备课,功在课前,效在课上,成果在课后培优。针对高中地理的学习,教师必须将学和练紧扣在一起。首先,习题的设计要有梯度,紧扣重点、难点、疑点和热点,面向大多数学生,符合学生的认知规律,有利于启发中等生对问题的思考。其次,要抓住中等生地理学习中出现的主要问题有针对性地解决,根据学生在学习中所遇到的困难来设计出正确的培养方案,进而来完成“培优补差”的核心工作。
