聚碳酸酯透明材料吹塑成形过程为一个大变形过程,在试验研究此大变形过程中,需要得到其真应力-真应变曲线,同时真应变率对力学性能的影响非常突出。为了测定不同恒定真应变率下聚碳酸酯的真应力-真应变曲线,为成形模拟工作打下基础,笔者自主开发了WDW型万能试验拉伸机。通过试验验证,此系统能够很好的满足在恒定不同真应变率下测得不同温度下,聚碳酸脂的真应力-真应变曲线。
The process of blow molding of polycarbonate transparent material is a large deformation process. In the process of large deformation, the true stress-true strain curve needs to be obtained. At the same time, the effect of true strain rate on the mechanical properties is very prominent. In order to determine the true stress-true strain curve of polycarbonate under different constant true strain rates and lay the foundation for forming simulation work, the author independently developed the WDW universal tensile testing machine. The experimental verification shows that the system can well meet the true stress-true strain curve of polycarbonate under different temperatures under different true strain rates.
