针对历史建筑三维重建的精度要求高、产生部件信息数量多的问题,提出地面激光扫描的高精度精细化模型重建的方法以及对模型进行部件化管理的策略。基于上海外滩历史建筑群,在三维激光点云数据所获取的高精度建筑物空间信息的基础上实施精细化模型重建,细化建筑物的空间信息;针对历史建筑的特点,对建筑物模型信息和对应的属性信息进行多层次部件化管理。最后以具有典型外滩历史建筑特征的亚细亚大楼为实例,基于以上方法构建历史建筑数字档案。成果表明,重建模型达到建筑保护的精度需求,以部件为基本单位的方式可以有效地组织和管理海量模型信息和属性信息,并且信息的统计、归纳、调用也更为便捷。
In view of the high precision of the 3D reconstruction of historic buildings and the large number of parts information, the method of reconstructing the high precision refinement model of ground laser scanning and the strategy of component management of the model are proposed. Based on the historical buildings in the Bund of Shanghai, the refined model reconstruction is carried out on the basis of the spatial information of high-precision buildings obtained from the 3D laser point cloud data, and the spatial information of the buildings is refined. According to the characteristics of the historic buildings, the building model information And the corresponding attribute information for multi-level component management. Finally, taking the Asiatic Tower, which has the typical historical features of the Bund, as an example, the digital archives of historical buildings are constructed based on the above methods. The results show that the reconstruction model meets the precision requirements of building protection, and the component as the basic unit can effectively organize and manage the massive model information and attribute information. Moreover, the statistics, induction and invocation of information are also more convenient.
