本文首先回顾了灯泡式水轮机组的发展过程及发展趋势,说明了它的适用范围及发展水平。其次,以新辛迪亚电站的灯泡式水轮机组为典型,说明它的结构具有整体布置简单紧凑、机组设预埋件便于安装、转轮与密封使用好材料、导水机构灵活可靠等特点。灯泡式水轮机的水力性能和调节性能较好,加权平均效率高,气蚀系数低,与立式轴流水轮机相比,可以抬高水轮机的安装高程。由于灯泡式机组结构紧凑,性能良好,节省投资,在世界各国得到推广采用,现在正向大容量发展。
This paper first reviews the development process and development trend of bulb-type turbine, and illustrates its scope of application and development. Secondly, taking the bulb type turbine of Xin Xindian Power Station as a typical example, it shows that its structure has the characteristics of simple and compact overall arrangement, easy installation of embedded parts, good materials for runner and seal, flexible and reliable water guiding mechanism and so on. Bulb turbine has better hydraulic performance and regulation performance, higher weighted average efficiency and lower cavitation coefficient. Compared with vertical shaft turbine, bulbul turbine can raise the installation elevation of turbine. Due to its compact structure, good performance and saving investment, Bulb-Type Generators are widely used in various countries of the world and are now developing in large capacity.
