本文首次提出将高梯度磁场设置在谱片之上,使磁力的作用方向与重力相反,制谱片时利用重力减少油样中非铁磁性污染颗粒的沉积,克服普通分析式铁谱仪制谱片时油样中污染颗粒在谱片上的过多沉积,为润滑油污染严重的机械设备的磨损状况监测提供了一种新途径。试验与应用表明上置磁场铁谱原理能有效地减少污染颗粒在谱片上的沉积。
In this paper, we propose to place a high gradient magnetic field above the spectrum for the first time so that the direction of the magnetic force is opposite to that of gravity. Gravitation is used to reduce the deposition of non-ferromagnetic particles in the oil sample. The excessive deposition of contaminated particles in the oil film during the film time provides a new way to monitor the wear status of the machinery with heavy oil pollution. Experiments and applications show that the magnetic theory of the upper magnetic field can effectively reduce the deposition of contaminated particles on the spectrum.
