目的 建立消瘀康胶囊中芍药苷的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 采用YWG C18(4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm ,10 μm)色谱柱 ;甲醇 水 (2 2∶78)为流动相 ;流速 1.0mL/min ;检测波长为 2 30nm ;温度 30℃ ;进样量 10 μL。 结果 平均回收率为 99.3% ,RSD =1.0 1%方法重现性的RSD =1.4 2 % (n =5 )。芍药苷线性范围为 0 .2 1~ 1.0 5 μg(r =0 .9999)。 结论 本法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,可用于消瘀康胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Xiaozhikang capsules. Methods A YWG C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 10 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water (2∶78). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 2 30 nm. The temperature was 30°C. 10 μL. Results The average recovery was 99.3%, RSD = 1.0 1% Method Reproducibility RSD = 1.4 2% (n = 5). The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.21 to 1.05 μg (r = .9999). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and can be used to control the quality of Xiaokangkang capsules.
