互助教学具有自身显著特点,不仅能发挥学生的主体作用,还能拓展学生思维空间、提高知识应用技能。为促进互动教学得到更好利用,教学中应该采取有效对策,遵循教学原则、做好准备工作、丰富活动形式、加强过程控制、注重教学总结。从而激发学生兴趣和热情,促进学生互帮互助,实现提高教学效果和人才培养质量的目的。
Mutual aid teaching has its own significant features, not only can play the main role of students, but also can expand students’ thinking space and improve knowledge application skills. In order to promote the better use of interactive teaching, teaching should take effective measures, follow the teaching principle, prepare well, enrich activities, strengthen process control and pay attention to the teaching summary. Thereby stimulating students’ interest and enthusiasm, promoting students to help each other and achieving the goal of improving teaching effectiveness and personnel training quality.
