采用 IOS肺功能仪对哮喘发作组 71例、哮喘缓解组 92例和正常对照组 1 2 0例儿童进行肺功能测定 ,每组之间比较 5 Hz时 ,2 0 Hz时的气道阻力 ( R5、R2 0 )、弹性阻力 (X5)、和共振频率 ( Fres) ,对其中气道阻力增高者加做支气管扩张试验。结果 :哮喘发作组R5、R2 0 、X5、Fres均高于对照组 ,两组比较差异有显著意义 ( P均 <0 .0 1 )。哮喘缓解组与发作组比较已有显著改善 ( P<0 .0 1 )。对气道阻力增高者 ,做支气管扩张试验 ,其中 32例阳性 ,结合临床明确哮喘诊断。提示 :脉冲震荡检测可做为儿童肺功能和儿童哮喘诊断治疗监测的方法
The lung function of 71 children with asthma attack group, 92 children with asthma relief group and 120 children with normal control group were measured by IOS pulmonary function test instrument. The airway resistance at 20 Hz , R2 0), elastic resistance (X5), and resonance frequency (Fres), increased airway resistance in those who do bronchodilator test. Results: The scores of R5, R2 0, X5 and Fres in asthma attack group were significantly higher than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.01). Asthma relief group and the attack group has been significantly improved (P <0.01). On the airway resistance increased, do bronchodilator test, of which 32 were positive, combined with clinically clear asthma diagnosis. Tip: Pulsed shock detection can be used as a method of monitoring the diagnosis and treatment of childhood lung function and childhood asthma
