当“教育就是服务”作为一种新时期的办学理念在我校提出来后,学校的工作曾出现过不平衡、不适应、不和谐的局面,甚至引起大多数中层管理人员和教师的怀疑与排斥。因为长期以来,职能部门的工作已经适应了从校长室到教师群体之间“上传下达”的方式,突然用“自下而上”的方式来开展工作,似乎失去了学校职能部门的权威而感觉有些卑躬屈膝。过去,许多时候,职能部门的工作都是以行政命令的形式直接贯彻下去,现在需要根据广大教师的意愿来不断改变自己的工作思路,又显得有些力不从心。
