以《纲要》精神和理念为指导,学会与教师分享自己的学习体会以及自己对工作的评价与反思。只有管理者把自己看作与教师平等的一员,真正地与教师一起共同参与各项业务活动,才能营造浓浓的集体氛围,从而使整个幼儿园的教师个体和群体共同提高。与管理并驾齐驱的是一颗感恩的心,然而,感恩是一种积极的心态,更是一种向上的力量。当你以一种知恩图报的心情去工作时,你会工作得更愉快、更有效率!
Guided by the spirit and philosophy of the “Outline,” we learn to share our own learning experiences with teachers and evaluate and reflect on our own work. Only managers regard themselves as equal members with teachers, and really participate in all business activities with teachers in order to create a strong collective atmosphere, so that the whole kindergarten teachers and individuals together. Giving thanks is a grateful heart to keep pace with management. However, gratitude is a positive attitude and more of an upward force. When you go to work in a kind-hearted mood, you will work more pleasantly and efficiently!
