矿工每日工作在矿井下复杂的噪声环境中,其身心健康和工作效率都受到严重影响,特别是井下通信中的噪声直接影响到收听的质量,给工作带来极大的不便,甚至误听误判造成重大事故,因此滤除井下通信噪声是当务之急。设计了矿井作业下抗噪声系统,以解决矿井下嘈杂的噪声对语音信号传输的影响,具有现实意义和实用价值。通过运用切比雪夫滤波器的工作原理开展实验研究发现,当切比雪夫低通滤波器在全极点转移函数n=2的情况下,所设计的运算放大器带通滤波器可使声音传播带宽达到300 Hz~5.9 k Hz,能够有效地滤除噪声并完整地传输语音信息。研究成果的应用,将会有效改善矿井下的通信质量,给矿井员工的工作提供极大便利并提高通信收发效率,同时也使工人的身心健康得到保护。

By using the principle of Chebyshev filter to carry out experimental research, it is found that when the Chebyshev low-pass filter is in the all-pole transfer function n = 2, the designed operational amplifier band-pass filter can make the sound transmission bandwidth reach 300 Hz ~ 5.9 k Hz, which can effectively filter out noise and transmit voice information completely. The application of the research results will effectively improve the communication quality under the mine, provide great convenience to mine staff and improve the efficiency of communication and sending and receiving, and at the same time, protect the workers’ physical and mental health.
