目的 探究大学生认知情绪调节策略、个人成长主动性与抑郁的关系,并验证个人成长主动性的中介作用.方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法,使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、认知情绪调节策略量表(CERQ)、个人成长主动性量表(PGIS)对河北省某高校的1 000例大学生进行测量.结果 积极认知情绪调节策略与个人成长主动性、抑郁呈负相关(r=-0.191、-0.482,P<0.01),消极认知情绪策略与抑郁正相关(r=-0.313,P<0.01),Bootstrap检验显示,个人成长主动性在积极、消极认知情绪调节策略和抑郁之间起中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的53.11%、23.24%.结论 提升大学生的个人成长主动性可以缓解消极认知情绪调节策略对抑郁的影响.“,”Objective To explore the relationship between college students\'\' cognitive emotion regulation strategies, personal growth initiative and depression, and to verify the mediating role of personal growth initiative. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to measure 1 000 college students in Hebei province with self-rating depression scale (SDS), cognitive emotion regulation strategy scale (CERQ) and personal growth initiative scale (PGIS). Results Positive cognitive emotion regulation strategy was negatively correlated with personal growth initiative and depression(r=-0.191、-0.482,P<0.01), while negative cognitive emotion strategy was positively correlated with depression(r=-0.313,P<0.01). Bootstrap test showed that personal growth initiative played a mediating role between positive and negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies and depression, and the mediating effect accounted for 53.11% and 23.24% of the total effect respectively. Conclusion Promoting the initiative of college students\'\' personal growth can alleviate the influence of negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies on depression.
