随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立,经济发展逐步由计划经济转向市场经济,人类社会全面进入了信息时代。企业作为市场经营的主体,如何在市场的激烈竞争中站稳脚跟,立于不败之地,这很大程度取决于企业领导的信息能力。笔者认为,企业领导应着重从以下四个方面提高信息能力:1、搜集信息能力。企业领导必须主动利用各种机会、场合、新闻媒介以及现代化手段,获取政策、生产、流通、营销、消费、科技和新产品等方面的信息,特别注意搜集与本部门、本单位有关联的信息、资料,及时准确地把握市场行情变化,做到“知己知彼,百战不殆”。2、提炼信息能力。多数情况下,有价值的信息往往湮没在纷繁复杂的信息海洋里。企业领导应具有捕捉信息的能力,要运用辩证唯物主义的立场、观点、和方法,在搜集大量信息资料的基础上,善于抽象概括和科学思维,抓住事物的本质
