采用5种附着基采石花菜孢子,通过车间培育和海上育苗相结合,育出石花菜直立苗1．07 hm~2(16亩),同时探讨了育苗过程中的关键技术及存在的问题。
Five kinds of attachment basalts were used for the study of sporophyte. Through the combination of workshop cultivation and sea nursery seedlings, the upright seedlings of potted broccoli were raised at 1.07 hm ~ 2 (16 mu). The key techniques and existing problems in seedling raising process were also discussed.
