目的探析肝素抗凝血浆运用在急诊生化检验中的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年3月~2015年3月期间收治的急诊患者170例为研究对象,按照常规检测方法,分别采集患者的肝素抗凝血浆和血清标本,测定生化检验项目,并且对比分析检验结果。结果所有患者均顺利完成检验,与血清检验相比,血浆检验的Na~+、Glu水平均较高,对比差异明显(P<0.05);但是两种检验方法的AST、ALT、Cr、BUN、Ma~(2+)、Ca~(2+)、CI~-以及K~+水平对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上将肝素抗凝血浆运用在急诊生化检验中,不仅可以使溶血的发生率降低,还能使血浆分离速度提高,缩短检验时间,提高检验准确率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of heparin anticoagulated plasma in emergency biochemical tests. Methods A total of 170 emergency patients admitted from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the routine testing methods, the heparin anticoagulated plasma and serum samples were collected respectively, and the biochemical test items were determined. The comparative analysis test result. Results All the patients completed the test successfully. Compared with the serum test, the levels of Na ~ + and Glu in plasma were higher than those in the serum test (P <0.05), but the levels of AST, ALT, Cr, BUN, There was no significant difference in Ma ~ (2 +), Ca ~ (2 +), CI ~ - and K ~ + levels (P> 0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of heparin anticoagulant plasma in emergency biochemical tests can not only reduce the incidence of hemolysis, but also increase the plasma separation speed, shorten the test time and improve the test accuracy.
