互联网时代对教育既提供了新的方式和手段,也提出了新的要求和挑战。微课程的出现和发展正是迎合了这样的时代要求。本文对《管理学》微课程的设计开发和应用进行了研究,提出采用翻转课堂教学法,通过构建微课教学资源、教学活动设计、学习效果评价和课程学习认证四个部分形成《管理学》微课程的系统开发。
The Internet era has provided both new ways and means for education as well as new requirements and challenges. The emergence and development of micro-curriculum is to meet the requirements of this era. In this paper, we study the design, development and application of micro-curriculum of management science. We put forward that we should adopt the method of overturning classroom teaching to form “management science” by constructing teaching resources of micro-class, design of teaching activities, evaluation of learning effects and certification of course learning.
