论述采用数控单点金刚石切削(SPDT)技术加工非轴对称光学镜面的设计与实现,介绍了该数控系统的软硬件结构及工艺参数的选择,分析了加工中的误差影响因素.实验表明:用数控SPDT加工非轴对称光学镜面是可行的.
The design and realization of machining non - axisymmetric optical mirrors by NC single - point diamond cutting (SPDT) are introduced. The structure of hardware and software of the numerical control system and the selection of process parameters are introduced. The influencing factors of machining error are analyzed. Experiments show that it is feasible to fabricate the non-axisymmetric optical mirror with CNC SPDT.
