近几年来,我院在人才培养上下了不少功夫。制订了 培养计划,不断增加投入,采取特殊政策引进人才,收到一定的效果,在一定程度上缓解了人才短缺的问题。但是由于十年动乱的历史原因和现时社会大环境的影响,院在人才管理上不可避免地存在许多困难和问题,有些问题还相当突出。一是医院职工整体素质亟待进一步提高。医院管理的核心是对人的管理,要不断提高人的政治、文化业务素质。医院什么都可以引进,唯独职工素质
