本文首次报道应用酶联电极测定大鼠胸腺、脾组织中腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性的方法:及锌铁营养对大鼠免疫器官的发育和ADA活性的影响。锌缺乏及缺铁性贫血的大鼠胸腺重量及胸腺、脾组织ADA活性均下降:与正常组织比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。缺锌鼠经补锌治疗一月后:胸腺ADA活性较正常组增加33.03%;缺铁鼠补铁治疗一周后,胸腺ADA活性水平亦有增高。该法测定组织ADA活性重现性好,九次测定相对平均偏差2.28%:七个不同样本水平,平均回收率为97.00%。
This paper reports for the first time the method of using enzyme-linked electrodes to determine the activity of adenosine deaminase (ADA) in the thymus and spleen of rats and the effect of zinc and iron nutrition on the development of immune organs and ADA activity in rats. The thymus weight and ADA activity in thymus and spleen of rats with zinc deficiency and iron deficiency anemia were all decreased: there was a significant difference compared with normal tissues (P<0.05). After one month of zinc deficiency treatment with zinc supplementation, the ADA activity in thymus increased by 33.03% compared with the normal group; after one week of iron deficiency rat iron supplement treatment, the thymus ADA activity level also increased. The method showed good reproducibility of tissue ADA activity, with a relative average deviation of 2.28% over nine determinations: at seven different sample levels, the average recovery was 97.00%.
