高层建筑作为当前各大城市,特别是大城市中心城区的建筑热点之一,其基础形式的选择对于建筑安全、资金投入等方面都有重大影响。对武汉某高层建筑基础形式选择所重点关注的地基承载力特征值、桩基础设计参数等问题进行分析。根据室内试验和原位测试的成果,该高层建筑地基为非均匀地基,宜采用桩基础。并探讨该高层建筑地基各岩土层的承载力和压缩模量、桩基设计参数、单桩竖向承载力特征值等。
As one of the architectural hot spots in the current major cities, especially in the urban centers of metropolises, the choice of basic forms of high-rise buildings has a significant impact on construction safety and capital investment. This paper analyzes the eigenvalues of foundation bearing capacity, design parameters of pile foundation and so on, which are mainly concerned with the choice of foundation form of a high-rise building in Wuhan. According to the results of indoor test and in-situ test, the foundation of high-rise building is non-uniform foundation, and pile foundation should be adopted. The bearing capacity, compressive modulus, design parameters of pile foundation and eigenvalue of single pile vertical bearing capacity are also discussed.
