抗肿瘤药用真菌早在1930年Karo曾报导用干朽菌(Me-rulius lacrymans)和白鬼笔(Phallus im-pudicus)等的发酵物,经紫外线照射解毒后加入若干金属盐,用以治疗癌症患者,获得主观症状改善。20年后发现德国产的美味牛肝菌(Boletus edulis)的提取物有抑制小鼠肉瘤180的生长作用。此后,日本、美国等也进行了大量筛选工作。迄今已发现具有生物活性的抗癌真菌有:玉米黑粉菌(Ustilagomaydis),庭园羊肚菌(Morchella horten-sis),冬菇(Collybia velutipes),白色卧孔菌(Poria corticola)黄色耙齿菌(Irpexflavus Klotzch),耙菌(I. conserus),鸡油
Antitumor medicinal fungi As early as 1930, Karo reported that fermented products such as Me-rulius lacrymans and Phallus im-pudicus were treated with several metal salts after being detoxified by UV irradiation Cancer patients, access to subjective symptoms improved. Twenty years later, a German-made extract of Boletus edulis was found to inhibit the growth of mouse sarcoma 180. Since then, Japan, the United States also conducted a large number of screening work.
