阐述蜗壳光滑性对于整机性能的意义,分析当前蜗壳设计方法的弊端,提出了CFD流场分析与水动试验相结合的模型构建方法。以某电站混流式水轮机金属蜗壳为例,建立整体造型和曲线拟合方法的2种流场模型,进行了CFD数值计算以对比二者的水力性能,并对最优模型进行水动力学试验。结果显示,该数值计算的精度较高,为模型后续的生产加工,提供了理论依据。
The significance of volute smoothness to machine performance is expounded, the disadvantages of the current volute design method are analyzed, and the method of constructing a model combining CFD flow field analysis and hydrodynamic test is proposed. Taking the metal volute of a Francis turbine as an example, two kinds of flow field models of overall modeling and curve fitting were established. The CFD numerical calculation was carried out to compare the hydraulic performance of the two models and the hydrodynamic test . The results show that the accuracy of the numerical calculation is high, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent production and processing of the model.
