通过蹬车运动试验,观察36例常规尿蛋白检查阴性的糖尿病患者,运动前、后血、尿中β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)改变,结果17例Ⅰ型糖尿病患者蹬车后30分钟和60分钟尿β2-MG较蹬车前明显增加,19例亚型糖尿病患者蹬车运动后60分钟尿β2-MG增加,而对照组无一改变。对28例运动后尿β2-MG增加者,随诊5年后22例(78.6%)尿蛋白转为阳性,说明DM患者运动后β2-MG改变可能有助于糖尿病肾病的早期发现。
By treadmill exercise test, 36 patients with negative urine protein were observed before and after exercise, blood, urinary β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) changes in the results of 17 cases of type 1 diabetes mellitus 30 minutes after pedaling and Urinary β2-MG at 60 minutes increased significantly compared with that before treadmill exercise, urinary β2-MG increased at 60 minutes after treadmill exercise in 19 patients with type 2 diabetes, and none in the control group. Of the 28 patients with urinary β2-MG increased after urination, 22 cases (78.6%) urinary protein turned positive after 5 years of follow-up, indicating that the changes of β2-MG after exercise may contribute to the early detection of diabetic nephropathy.
