石灰粉尘是一种低硅无机粉尘。我县化肥厂近几年陆续发现数例工人中,肺部有尘肺样改变,经有关部门鉴定确诊了2例。2例均是化肥厂石灰窖出料工,男性,工龄10年以上,既往无尘接史和特殊病史。气短、咳嗽、胸闷、血压及脉搏正常,x线胸片见肺区有密集度1级的不规则小阴影,诊断为Ⅰ期石灰尘肺。 Lime dust is a low-silica inorganic dust. In recent years, several fertilizer workers in our county were found in the fertilizer plant. There were pneumoconiosis changes in the lungs and 2 cases were confirmed by relevant departments. 2 cases were fertilizer producer lime pit discharge workers, men, more than 10 years of service, the past dust and then a history of special medical history. Shortness of breath, cough, chest tightness, normal blood pressure and pulse, x-ray findings in the lung area has a small irregular dark shadows, diagnosis of stage I pneumoconiosis.
