目的 通过两种分离流感病毒方法的比较 ,提高流感病毒分离率和流感监测效果。方法 对 5 0 0份咽拭子标本同时采用MDCK细胞培养法和鸡胚双腔培养法分离。结果 细胞培养法分离流感病毒 35株 ,分离率为 7% :鸡胚双腔培养法分离流感病毒 12株 ,分离率为 2 4 %。共 35株病毒株 ,其中A3 型 15株 ,S型 2 0株。结论 流感病毒分离中 ,细胞培养法比鸡胚培养法敏感 ,同时用两种方法培养 ,可明显提高流感病毒分病率。
Objective To improve the isolation rate of influenza virus and the effect of influenza surveillance by comparing two methods of isolating influenza virus. Methods Five hundred and ten pharyngeal swabs were separated by both MDCK cell culture and chicken embryo double chamber culture. Results 35 strains of influenza viruses were isolated by cell culture method, the isolation rate was 7%. 12 strains of influenza virus were isolated by chicken embryo double chamber culture method with a separation rate of 24%. A total of 35 strains of viruses, of which A3 type 15, S type 20 strains. Conclusion In influenza virus isolation, the cell culture method is more sensitive than the chicken embryo culture method and cultured in two ways at the same time, which can obviously improve the influenza virus morbidity.
