从日前召开的江苏省2000年教育工作会上获悉,江苏将采取一系列措施进一步加大基础教育改革和发展的力度。今年将在进一步巩固、提高和发展义务教育的基础上,努力普及高中阶段教育,并扎扎实实地推进教育现代化。切实做好“两基”的巩固和提高工作,积极发展阶段教育。要完成“九五”规划提出的“高中阶段入学率达70%左右”的目标,坚持初中后分流,发展高中阶段教育的方针。 It is learned from the 2000 Jiangsu Education Work Conference held recently that Jiangsu will take a series of measures to further increase the reform and development of basic education.
