我国已经快速奔跑在老龄化社会的道路上,“老龄化社会压力说”也一直存在。我们可以人力资源利用的角度研究一下如何把“压力”变成“生产力”。我国老年人的身体素质普遍提高,退休的老人大部分是身体健康的低龄老人,符合老年人力资源开发的需求。老年人力资源有着其他人力资源群体所无法比拟的独特优势,如经验的优势、文化的优势和关系的优势等等。老年人力资源的开发也要与地区特色结合。旅顺口区是我国北方人文历史文化丰厚的地区,如何在旅游业方面开发老年人力资源,值得我们思考。
Our country has been rapidly running on the road to an aging society, and “the pressure of an aging society” has also existed. We can study how to turn “pressure ” into “productivity ” from the perspective of human resource utilization. The general improvement of the physical quality of the elderly in our country is that most of the retired elderly people are young people with good health and are in line with the needs of the development of human resources for the elderly. Elderly human resources have unique advantages unmatched by other human resources groups, such as the advantages of experience, the advantages of culture and the advantages of relationships. The development of human resources for the elderly should also be combined with the regional characteristics. Lushunkou District is a rich area with rich history and culture in northern China. It is worth our consideration how to develop elderly human resources in tourism.
