目的:探讨生津合剂治疗急性放射性食管损伤的作用机制。方法:用加速器一次性照射43Gy诱导SD大鼠发生食管炎,建立大鼠急性放射性食管损伤模型,按实验设计处理各组大鼠,研究使用生津合剂后大鼠一般状况,如体重、摄食量的影响,观察相关的血清炎性细胞因子(TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6)水平、外周血白细胞计数及分类变化,制作食管病理切片并评价其病理改变。结果:成功建立大鼠急性放射性食管炎模型,实验结果证明辐射导致放射性食管炎大鼠外周血白细胞总数、淋巴细胞计数及百分数降低,中性粒细胞百分比升高,血清炎性细胞因子(TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6)水平升高;与模型组比较,中药生津合剂对大鼠放射导致的食管损伤有一定治疗作用,能明显改善大鼠一般状况,提高大鼠外周血淋巴细胞计数及百分数(P<0.05),降低中性粒细胞百分比(P<0.05),下调血清炎性细胞因子(TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6)水平(P<0.05);中药高剂量组食管黏膜组织病理积分较模型组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药生津合剂对大鼠的急性放射性食管炎具有一定治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Shengjin Mixture in treating acute radiation esophageal injury. Methods: A rat model of acute esophagitis induced by esophagitis induced by a single irradiation of 43Gy with accelerator was established. The rat model of acute radiation esophageal injury was established. The rats in each group were treated with Shengjin Mixture. The body weight, food intake The serum levels of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6), peripheral blood leukocyte count and classification changes were observed and the pathological changes of the esophagus were made. The experimental results demonstrated that the total number of leukocytes, lymphocytic count and percentage, the percentage of neutrophils in the radiation-induced esophagitis rats were increased, the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines (TNF- α, IL-1 and IL-6). Compared with the model group, Shengjian Heji had a certain therapeutic effect on radiation-induced esophageal injury in rats, which could obviously improve the general condition of rats and increase the level of peripheral blood lymphocytes (P <0.05), decrease the percentage of neutrophils (P <0.05) and decrease the level of serum inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6) The histopathological score of esophageal mucosa was lower than that of the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine Sheng Jin Heji in rats with acute radiation esophagitis has some therapeutic effect.
