一、绩效管理的现状1.普遍实施绩效管理但对其了解不够。通过调查发现,有高达85.9%的受访者所在的企业实施绩效管理,只有14.1%的受访者所在企业没使用绩效管理这一管理工具。但对其了解程度上,管理人员中,表现为非常了解的只有三分之一,基本了解但不全面的高达一半,11.6%表现为不太了解,只有0.04%表现为完全不了解;而针对普通员工的调查中,绝大多数表现为基本了解但不全面和不太了解,各占百分比为43.2%、44.8%,7.1%表现为完全不了解,只有5%的受访普通员工对绩效管理了解得较为全面。2.员工参与流于形式,绩效反馈不到位。调查结果显示,有48.4%
