在教育改革的大背景下,我国农村中小学教师在专业发展进程中虽然取得了一定的成就,但依然面临着专业发展意识普遍缺失,专业基础知识相对薄弱,专业教学技能相对不足等问题。这些问题的出现主要是受到教师自身相对落后的教育观念,学校不完善的物质条件和管理制度,相对不完善的培训机制等方面的制约。因此,要促进农村中小学教师专业发展,需要积极培育教师专业发展意识,改善学校环境,完善培训机制,拓宽农村教师的专业发展渠道。
Under the background of education reform, primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas in our country have made some achievements in the process of professional development, but still face the problems such as the general lack of professional development awareness, the relative weakness of professional basic knowledge and the relative lack of professional teaching skills. The emergence of these problems is mainly constrained by teachers' relatively backward educational concepts, imperfect material conditions and management systems in schools, and relatively imperfect training mechanisms. Therefore, to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, we need to actively cultivate teachers' professional development awareness, improve the school environment, improve the training mechanism and broaden the professional development channels for rural teachers.
