目的:探讨妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的原因,对脂肪液化进行临床分析,总结出预防措施。方法:对30例妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者进行临床分析,找出腹部切口脂肪液化的具体原因,肥胖、妊娠水肿、营养不良、贫血、切口暴漏时间过长等均为造成腹部手术切口脂肪液化的重要原因,找出合理的预防措施,避免以上原因的出现,减少此种疾病的发生。结果:对30例患者进行腹部手术切口治疗后,妥善处理切口脂肪液化,患者均全部痊愈。结论:对腹部手术切口脂肪液化进行及时治疗,导致腹部切口脂肪液化的危险因素引起重视,早期发现早期处理,减少此种疾病的发生率,具有重大意义。
Objective: To investigate the causes of fat liquefaction in abdominal surgical incision of obstetrics and gynecology, to analyze the clinical data of fat liquefaction and to summarize the preventive measures. Methods: The clinical analysis of 30 cases of obesity patients with liquefaction under abdominal surgery incision was carried out to find out the specific causes of fat liquefaction in abdominal incision. Obesity, edema of pregnancy, malnutrition, anemia, Incision fat liquefaction of the important reasons to identify reasonable preventive measures to avoid the above reasons, to reduce the incidence of this disease. Results: Thirty patients underwent abdominal surgery incision, the incision fat liquefaction was properly treated, and all patients recovered. Conclusion: The timely treatment of fat liquefaction in abdominal surgical incision leads to the importance of risk factors of fat liquefaction in abdominal incision. Early detection of early treatment and reduction of the incidence of this disease are of great significance.
