对7075铝合金厚板进行固溶处理后,分别在不同的淬火水温下进行浸没淬火和喷淋淬火。运用X射线衍射法测试淬火板的表面残余应力,利用维氏硬度仪测试板表面显微硬度,研究淬火工艺及水温对铝合金厚板残余应力与力学性能的影响。结果表明:随淬火温度的升高,浸没淬火与喷淋淬火引入的表面残余压应力水平与表面显微硬度迅速下降,且在一定的温度下,前者比后者引入的残余应力水平大40%,而显微硬度仅大7%。
7075 aluminum alloy plate after solution treatment, respectively, at different quenching temperature immersion quenching and spray quenching. X-ray diffraction method was used to test the surface residual stress of the hardened plate. The microhardness of the plate surface was measured by Vickers hardness tester. The influence of quenching process and water temperature on the residual stress and mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy plate was studied. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature, the surface residual compressive stress level and the surface microhardness introduced by immersion quenching and spray quenching decrease rapidly, and at a certain temperature, the former is 40% , While the microhardness is only 7% larger.
